If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. Due to the fragile nature of the products we will need to arrange for them to be collected. the return shipping charge can vary between £6.99 and £14.99 depending on the size of the item. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items which are personalised or customised to your specifications.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Providing images and order number will help us deal with your return in the speediest manner.
We cannot accept returns if notified after 14 days of accepting delivery of your order.
When will I receive my refund?
For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.
Replacing Damaged Items or Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no cost. Simply report a damaged item by emailing email@example.com
If you prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup. You may have to upload a picture of the damaged item. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 14 days of receiving the item.
If your package appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down “Package Damaged” when signing the delivery slip.
